Shay and Crystal oversee our properties and we are happy with the overall results. It’s been challenging to recover from COVID-19 vacancies and turnover of tenants. Within several months, they have organized and improved occupancy.

I needed a few maintenance items done at my house, and Tyler came and fixed them all! I had originally put in a work order to fix our kitchen sink, and while he was there he was kind enough to fix a few more items around the house. He was very professional and friendly, and I am very appreciative of the work he did.

Tyler was amazing. Prompt arrival, quick fixes and super friendly. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

i have lived in my apt for 12 years and Cal - Prop is the best five Gold stars, they are friendly. My bathroom sink was leaking and after i called them in 45 minutes it was fixed. if you are looking for a place to live try Daisey Hill or any other places that Cal-Prop manages trust me you will be impressed.

Hobie with Cal Prop was our property manager when we lived in a cute little apt in San Marcos (before we bought our house late 2022). He was responsive then and professional. We just sold our home and listed him as a reference for rentals we applied for. All of them said he replied promptly and remembered details about us as tenants. Thanks, Hobie, for that. Got locked out of my place and Kari and Hobie were so helpful! Kari came to my place to test out keys and went back to the office to try and look for the master when the one she had didn't work. And they were trying to help me avoid any additional charges by sending a technician before I was eventually able to get through my window! Thank you Kari and Hobie!

Mario Jimenez, VP coastal/ northern CA District has always been extremely helpful in the 23 years. I’ve been a tenant here In San Diego. And a few few days ago I requested some service to a leaky kitchen sink faucet ,and it was handled extremely well by Cal Props’s technician Tyler who did an excellent job of notifying other tenants of water shut off and completing the task flawlessly? I recently had a maintenance request for my manager Hobie but he was on vacation. His back up manager Jaime stepped in and had my issue handled by days end. Couldn’t be happier with both Hobie and Jaime! Excellent service.
