So thankful for Cal-Prop and their amazing maintenance team! I submitted a service request for a hot water leak yesterday and my property manager, Eric Paulin, called me back the same day to review the issue. He arranged for Eric Bagalini from maintenance to come by today, and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Not only was he professional and extremely knowledgeable (he explained the exact issue and what he needed to do to fix it), he was fast, kept the area clean, and was an absolute joy to work with! Having a property manager with a maintenance team I can trust means so much, and I am so grateful “the Erics” are part of the Cal-Prop team!

We were in need of an apartment and saw a listing for Cal Prop. I contacted them to schedule a viewing, and Kate responded promptly. She was very easy to talk to and asked me all the things I needed in an apartment – move-in dates and my budget. Kate really made this whole process easy and hassle-free 🙂 We all know how stressful it is looking for an apartment, especially when you don't have much time outside of work. Moving is such a stressful time but Bobby made it so easy for me! Most people I reached out to wouldn’t even respond but Bobby was quick, professional, very communicative and clearly wanted to help. He got me into a showing right away, listened to what I wanted and didn’t want and ultimately led me to an apartment I absolutely love! He still checks in and is always fast to respond any questions I may have. Best property manager I’ve worked with hands down! 10/10 🌟 Since moving in I also had some maintenance done and Tyler did such a great job. He was timely and efficient in his communication and work! I’ve heard poor things about general maintenance when living in apartment buildings but I’ve had a great experience living here so far!

Maria, my landlord, has been nothing but helpful from Cal-prop. She returns my calls and service requests in a timely manner, while sending the necessary people to help when needed. Moving in was a breeze and she was a great communicator throughout the process. I have appreciated and valued working with Maria and cal-prop.

I first reached out to Bobby in late April 2024, and he helped me secure a place very quickly. He was super nice, professional, and very quick to respond even when I bothered him outside of working hours. Unfortunately, for reasons unrelated to Bobby or Cal-Prop, that arrangement fell through. In late June 2024, Bobby texted me unprompted about a new available unit that was exactly like what I was looking for back in April. While he obviously wants business, I still appreciated that he reached out to me personally. Again, he was super nice, professional, and went out of his way to assist me. Fortunately, that arrangement did go through and Bobby made it quick and easy. Would recommend 10/10

This is the 2nd time we’ve had maintenance come by in the few years we’ve lived in these apartments (Oceanside) and both times our maintenance tech was Tyler. Extremely professional and communicative with us as to what he’s doing. He is very clean during his work and gets the fixes done quick. No reoccurring have come from his fixes and we will definitely be requesting him if we need any future maintenance.

Great experiences working with this team. I usually correspond with Mario and he is prompt and helpful. I have worked with Cal-Prop for years and it is noteworthy that they are constantly improving.
