I recently reached out to call prop management as I am preparing to move in the next 90 days and I was impressed with the service I received I spoke to a lovely lady named Kate who answered my call promptly and showed care incredible professionalism throughout our conversation Kate took the time to address on my questions and ask insightful questions of our own which made me feel valued as a potential client unlike others who might rush you off you're not ready to move immediately she was genuinely engaging and knowledgeable it's clear that she cares about her clients and their needs thank you Kay for your outstanding assistance

I have been living at Casa Loma for almost 2 years now, and I have always had the best service from Cal-Prop. They promptly respond to every request and make the arrangements to have the issues fixed in a timely manner. Eric Paulin in Particular has been my assigned property manager, and had to deal with a difficult situation of parking disagreement with a tenant, where he intermediated the situation and proposed a solution in an extremely professional way to resolve the issue. I thank him for the service he provides to my wife and I as tenants and we hope to extend our stay here until we become homeowners. As a tenant, I can`t think of a better location.

Cal-Prop Property Management manages several rentals, for us, and we are extremely pleased with them. This is a very good and honest company all the way from the owner, Rick Thornton, to the managers, and repair and maintenance employees. Our personal property managers, Hobie Manley, and Vice President Melissa Young are both great. They are both always available to answer our questions and quick to address any concerns. Cal-Prop provides detailed reports on each of our properties and there is never a question as to what’s been done at the site. Additionally, we have experienced little or no loss of revenue during turnover when tenants are coming and going. Thank you for the good job you have been doing for us.

Eric P, my property manager has been amazing! He is prompt with his response whenever I had a question. Also, he keeps the residents up to date with things we need to know. He even showed me how to figure out where autopay was when it wasn’t intuitive on the mobile webpage.

Cal prop is responsive and their property management is as assisting as they can be! Would recommend.

CAL -PROP agents especially Mario Jimenez and others are very active at taking care of my rental condo like their own house. They are vey efficient for rental timely , check out and repairs of unit.

I've had Cal-Prop for over a decade now and they are great. The management pretty much runs on autopilot and I rarely need to get involved but sometimes things go sideways for whatever reason and I do. They raise rents, deal with repairs and new tenants when needed. Highly recommended.

CalProp has been responsive to all our service calls and has always sent over stand-up quality Service members. Recently they sent out Tyler who was very friendly, and efficient and knew what he was doing.

Hobie and Tom fixed my maintenance problem swiftly and easily on a Saturday, and luckily, now I have my Saturday back! Thank you Hobie and Tom!

So thankful for Cal-Prop and their amazing maintenance team! I submitted a service request for a hot water leak yesterday and my property manager, Eric Paulin, called me back the same day to review the issue. He arranged for Eric Bagalini from maintenance to come by today, and I couldn’t have asked for better service! Not only was he professional and extremely knowledgeable (he explained the exact issue and what he needed to do to fix it), he was fast, kept the area clean, and was an absolute joy to work with! Having a property manager with a maintenance team I can trust means so much, and I am so grateful “the Erics” are part of the Cal-Prop team!
