Earn from $500 to $2,000, depending on property size and type. We’ll provide the high-quality service we’re known for, and offer a referral fee to show you how much we appreciate your trust.

We work with your client to lease, manage, and maintain their property. For any other need, your client is referred right back to you. This is a partnership. Not a power grab.

Step 1: Refer a Client to Us
Put us in touch with your client and we’ll take it from there. We get referrals from Realtors, brokers, agents, vendors, CPAs, and other professionals who understand the value of quality property management.

Step 2: Cal-Prop Makes Contact
We’ll reach out to your client to discuss and understand the details, their goals, and objectives. We’ll offer some ideas, share some options, and settle on a management plan that fits their needs and provides our full support.

Step 3: You Get Paid a Referral Fee
When the client you refer signs our property management agreement, you get paid:
- $2000 for 11+ Units
- $1000 for 6-10 Units
- $750 for 2-5 Units
- $500 for SFR/Condos

Step 4: Your Business Comes Back
If you’re an agent, the business you referred to us goes right back to you when your client wants to sell or needs something other than our expert property management. You will be our first call if we hear they might be selling.
