              Financial Reporting That Makes Sense

              Easy-to-read, no-nonsense reports offer clear explanations of cash flow, income and expenses. We include copies of major invoices. Single family and condo owners receive a preliminary statement with their check on the 16th of each month to help understand the check amount upon receiving it. A final month end statement is provided as well.

He was super nice, professional, and very quick to respond even when I bothered him outside of working hours. Unfortunately, for reasons unrelated to Bobby or Cal-Prop, that arrangement fell through. In late June 2024, Bobby texted me unprompted about a new available unit that was exactly like what I was looking for back in April.
